the reason why the iphone disappeared from the list of devices in find my iphone

I lost my iPhone 3 weeks ago. I could see my iPhone in Find my when I signed in to my Apple ID on the website

Note: Find My Device is enabled. I just put my device in Lost mode

After I lost my iPhone but it says it hangs maybe it wasn't connected to the internet.

Two-factor authentication is also turned on (this missing device was a trusted device and also uses the phone number as trusted). So I just use the phone number instead to get an SMS to be able to login to my icloud account.

** Note: I have not remotely removed or wiped my device. So, I just want to know why my iPhone isn't showing up in the device list in Find my?

Can anyone help me give me the reason?

“If the device can’t be located: You see Offline under the device’s name. The last known location is displayed for up to 24 hours. Select “Notify me when found” to get an email when it’s located again.” Locate a device in Find My iPhone on iCloud.com
