Apple cash not being added

so i set up apple cash to recieve some money from my sister, but even though the transaction went through for her, i recieved nothing. I tried adding $10 myself, bank account says it sent, apple wallet says it was added, yet the card still says $0 and insufficient ballance.

sign out of your Apple ID and back in.

try going to settings>general>reset>and reset your network settings.

the money showes up on there, (finally) but now i get an error when i try to turn on apple cash
