How to remove Activation lock 12 max pro

I found my iPhone 12 max pro 4 months after reporting it Lost/Stolen and also I’ve erased the device from my account since then, I’ve erased 5from my account how do I take off the activation lock??? I have all my original information and the original box with the main numbers (which I’ve been told are more than necessary to have to get through with the process) please help me
