I can't access iCloud, Safari, check updates or e-mail with my iPhone

today my iphone began to give problems. I can't access icloud, safari, check updates or e-mail, even when my mac and my ipad are working fine and can do all of the above. My iphone has a problem and don't know what to do. I have restarted it several times and it is still slow... it goes 'loading....' then comes up with an error minutes after...
