i bought an Iphone 8 and found out that it has activation lock activated. I've been able to get the imei, serial number and the iccid codes , please can it be used to deactivate activation lock?
No. None of that information that you have listed is going to help. You will need the original owner’s Apple ID and Password to remove the Activation Lock. There is no other way. My recommendation is that you contact the seller and try and return the iPhone and get your money back.
