keyboard of macbook
please provide some detaliled information concerning the keyboard failure in safari. the keyboard itself works however it doesn’t respond when i’m trying to type smth in safari:(

Hey karmelqonyan,
We understand the keyboard doesn't work in Safari. Are you able to temporarily resolve the issue by closing/opening the app or restarting the MacBook?
Does connecting an external keyboard resolve the issue? If you haven't tested and you have one, try that and see if it works. This step will help in isolating the issue?
If you continue to experience issues, check and see if it happens in safe mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac. This step will help determine if the issue is caused by software that loads up as the Mac boots up.
If it works in safe mode, restart the Mac normally and see if issue is resolved.
