Account blocked on appstore and itunes
My account has been blocked on appstore and itunes. I'm trying to contact support but my country is not on the list where apple support is located. What to do ?

Apple ID disabled (in iTunes & App Store) = Contact Apple Support, after reading this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' , and using the following link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362
