I have deleted all the drives and recovery drive also my macbook is not installing the os

Was this method used as per Apple >> Use Disk Utility to erase an Intel-based Mac


Then this method as per Apple >> How to reinstall macOS An Active and functioning Internet Connected is required during this process. For best results connect via an Ethernet Cable to Router.
