Numbers 4.1.1
Numbers 4.1.1 menu is grayed out so I can't edit or activate "arrange" tool.
Mac mini, macOS 10.14

Have you selected one or more objects to be "arranged"?

Thanks Barry. I saw: Done, clicked and it ungrayed the menu bar. I clicked: arrange, and it
already was unlocked, I then put my cursor into the cell and clicked: F2/to edit. Thanks again!
