Cloning hard drive OSStatus error 22

I am trying to clone my 128 the play SSD to one TB HD. I get into disk utility unmount both drives and do the restore option. I will watch the progress as it is displayed on my screen and find that at the end of the transfer it fails and displays OSStatus error 22.

Is there any way to clone my SSD without an error?

Thanks,

Mac Pro, OS X 10.11

Run Disk Utility > First Aid on the storage volumes first then on the drive device. Do this on both devices.

Then, rather than using Disk Utility's restore option, I recommend that you give CarbonCopyCloner from Bombich Software a try. It's dead simple to use and has a free trial version.
