My Apple TV subscription says cancelled and should be yet my credit card keeps getting charged.
How do you get Apple TV cancelled when it already says my subscription expired but I keep getting charged monthly .

- If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support. Investigate charges that you see. A bank/card statement doesn’t specify the product.
- See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support. The purchase history will specify exactly what each charge is for.
- See your subscriptions overview - Apple. If you have unwanted subscriptions, then you can cancel those.
If you have more than one Apple ID account, then check for each.
If another person has access to your payment methods, then they might order stuff that would not be visible for your Apple ID account. Talk to your bank/financial institution about unauthorized access.
