Aight. I got it, I had the region wrong on my Apple ID. Went to settings and language and region changed region to Usa. Appreciate the help

What kind of card? Credit or Debit? Do you live in a region that supports Apple Pay?
You can add a bank card by tapping on the plus sign.

I got a debit and I believe where I stay I supports Apple Pay. Stay in El Paso, every time I press the + to add card “look for the add to wallet bottom in apps, emails, and websites” everytime i press the plus sigh on the wallet app.
