Apple 7000 series

My apple 7000 watch will not turn on. When on the charger the apple logo only appears. Why?

Apple watch I suddenly cannot swipe up or down on my Apple Watch to access torch etc. It’s working fine but it’s almost like it’s frozen when I try and swipe… I’ve tried looking through app on my phone but cannot find why …. 7000 is the number given to the type of aluminium the watch body is made from.
