We understand that you’re wanting to mirror your iPhone to your iPad and had a chance to check out the AirPlay article, though that is specifically for mirroring to a television or Apple TV device. 


While you can mirror your iPhone’s display to a TV or AirPlay2 compatible device as described in that article, your iPad is not one of those devices.
