Quick start transfer is keep failing on iPhone 13

I am trying to transfer data from old iPhone 6s to iPhone 13 using Quick Start method. At the stage of transfer data it is giving me a message ‘Transfer cancelled” with reset option. Looked online and did everything what people suggested including; updated iOS on old device, network settings reset, keep both phones on full charging, keep one active SIM card in new phone, power off/on etc. However, still same issues. I don’t have iCloud storage or laptop with USB-c port and updated iTunes. Any other options or things to make data transfer from old device to new iPhone 13?

Thanks

Hello SAP78,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand you're unable to use Quick Start, as an error message appears. We'll be happy to help.

We recommend to verify the recommended settings for your Wi-Fi network, which may help to use Quick Start successfully. Here's an article with additional details and guidance: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

If that doesn't help, we suggest to use another good known Wi-Fi network and see if you can use Quick Start.

Please keep us posted with the results.

Best regards.

Hello Bryanr14,

Thank you for your recommendation. I have tried that, but didn’t work. I have also contacted one of the Apple Genius but he couldn’t fix my problem as well. At the end he said there is a problem with my old device. My iPhone 6s is not backing up on iCloud or manually on iTunes as well. Don’t know how to get all stuff back to new phone.

Thanks
