Lost phone

I lost my phone and have another iPhone that my friend let me borrow. I can not retrieve my info from lost phone. Apparently the password I use for EVERYTHING, according to y’all is not correct. The safe number you say I need is apparently not any of my contacts. I just want my **** information from my old phone back. I don’t want it lost in iCloud ********

If you forgot your password, go to iforgot.apple.com. If you forgot your Apple ID, go to iforgot.apple.com/appleid.

Did you back up your device? You can set up a new phone using your backup. Any information not backed up, but still on the phone, will be lost. Log into your iCloud account at iCloud.com.
