I have an Apply TV library which I can watch from Apple TV apps on my iphone and my MacBookPro. But when I log into tv.apple.com from a Windows 10 browser, I don't see the library. How can I watch my library from tv.apple.com on a Windows 10 browser?

The tv.apple.com website is only for the Tv+ subscription service content.

tv.apple.com provides access to Apple TV+. Your library needs to be shared through HomeSharing in iTunes (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202190). Your purchased items will already be available for download in iTunes on your PC.
