This might not be possible on Firefox, so if you can try Safari, that may help!
I see that you do have the TV app, is there not a Watch Now or TV+ button on the top of the header? If not, try to search for Ted Lasso and see if you can start it there.

Please specify as to what "Apple TV content" is.
If you mean content like TV+, you will need to upgrade to macOS Catalina or use Safari to navigate to https://tv.apple.com/.
If it's iTunes content, this should be accessible through the iTunes app for OS X 10.11.
I was streaming Ted Lasso when the screen froze. So I Quit TV from the drop-down menu at upper left. Then when I clicked on the Apple TV icon on my navigation bar, the window that opened is a Library window, not a window that allows me to choose the next episode or any other content. I've tried going to https://tv.apple.com/ and I get a "Secure Connection Failed" screen. I'm using Firefox.
Thank you for your help! I took your suggestion and searched for Ted Lasso, found a link, and went on bingeing! It's just a mystery to me sometimes. Thanks again!
