Iwatch 3 not compatible with iphone 13 pro
Is my series 3 watch really incompatible with my new iphone 13 pro? It will NOT pair. Tried all the steps online and reset. My watch is now stuck on perpetual pairing mode.

No - but you indicate that your watch is running watchOS version 4. Is this still the case? You need to upgrade it to the latest system, which I gather is version 7.6.2 from September 2021. This might account for your watch struggling to connect to a new iPhone 13.

What steps online? Please be specific. The only "steps" with authority are those posted by Apple, such as here.
Make sure also that your watch is unpaired from your previous iPhone.
My watch is now stuck on perpetual pairing mode.
