i just got a iphone 12 and i was transferring my contacts from old phone to the new one; my contacts and photos and messages transerred but all my apps seem to be stuck it just says waiting

That happened to me when I was upgrading my iPhone 13 Pro Max.
I simply restarted my iPhone and suddenly, every app just started downloading. 😁
