Hi,i try to update my apps but is askes me for a apple id or passwword once i put it it tells me is invalid.
Tha ID is thhe same but it doesnt allow me

Error messages:
- Cannot reset password
- This Apple ID is either not valid or not supported.
- This Apple ID is not active.
- we can’t find the Apple ID matching this information
