I just got new airpods, but they don't come up in the bluetooth list on my iPhone 11 when I try to pair them. When I try to reset my airpods, the light is white but not flashing. Is there anything else I can do before I return them to the store?

Thx for the reply. I did both of those. It ended up I needed to update my ios, even though my iPhone didn’t say I needed to. After updating the airpods still didn’t pair until I reset them. But now they work!!
New airpods won't pair on bluetooth
