New AirPods continue to flash white and will not pair. Does not show up on the Bluetooth list of devices.

I have a new AirPods. They are completely charged. They continue to blink white but will not pair. They do not show up on the Bluetooth device list. iPhone 13 is updated and I’ve had the AirPods in and out of the case several times to try and reset them

If you tried all the steps in:

How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

then your best option may be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible, use the online Apple Support option. Either way:
