How to unlock corporate smartphones?

Hello!

I am a technical support engineer at the Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus plant, we use your company's smartphones for corporate purposes. We are faced with a problem, sometimes employees leaving the company do not delete content and settings for this reason we cannot use a smartphone. At the moment, more than 10 such phones have accumulated. Could you tell me how to unlock corporate smartphones?

Hi wanita35,

It sounds like you have a few iPhone devices used for company purposes that have Activation Lock enabled. If you use Mobile Device Management (MDM) for your company, you can see if you can manage Activation Lock that way, as seen in the following article: Use MDM to manage Activation Lock and Lost Mode - Apple Support
