Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I have canceled this subscription on my phone and you keep trying to take the payment. I also do not use that bank anymore. whats up??

I have canceled an app on my phone and even removed it. It still is trying to take payment. I do not have a card on the phone, how can I stop this?

So none of us have access to your details, or your accounts.


You may need to contact the issuer of the subscription (Apple ?) to make sure it is properly cancelled.


Apple support have articles online that may help.


How to cancel a subscription from Apple:

(Scroll to the iPhone info.)
