can I charge two phones at the same time

Apple says yes but I purchased one last week and have tried it with 3 different types of charges and it does in fact NOT charge both at the same time. I will be returning it today. Nice to travel with but useless and too expensive to not charge both devices at the same time.

I don't own one. Perhaps someone who does will chime in. Otherwise, visit your Apple Store in person and see if it can charge two phones at the same time.

Try it and see. If a phone will charge on the watch charger, then you'll know you can. It was designed to charge two devices at one time.
