I just signed up for apple tv and even though my password and username are correct, I am not receiving a verification code on my iPhone. How can I fix this so I can watch apple tv on my television?

The verification code for two-factor authentication for your Apple ID will be send to your ‘trusted device’ as indicated for your account. Usually (default) another Apple device with the same Apple ID account.


Manage your Apple ID - Apple (see or set your your ‘trusted devices’)

Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support (create a new code at any time you need it)
