Typing smart fractions

Based on this helpful post https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8557287 I was able to figure out how to have regularly typed fraction such as 3/8 change automatically to ⅜ etc. There are still some unsolved issues on how they are displayed in various fonts (only a few display them correctly).

But I have tried to do it on a desktop Mac with Catalina 10.15.7 and it looks like the choices for fractions under Emoji and Symbols are not there anymore.

Any solution?

Thanks.

You will need to add the Digits - All category from the Emoji & Symbols Customization list menu.

Then, you select the Digits - All category and scroll down until you see the fractions, super/subset numbers, and slash where you can begin to roll your own vulgar fractions.
