Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I've seen this topic addressed before, but can't get mine to work the way it's been described/ shown. I put the CD in, sort by the far left column, highlight three consecutive tracks, but the Join Tracks option is greyed out. I'm not sure if there's some function I haven't set up or what the problem is.

I recently contacted Apple Support regarding this issue and after several analytical things that they recorded remotely on my iMac, they advised me that it appears that it is indeed a glitch in Monterey and that the engineers are aware of the problem and are working on it.

I believe that this a bug in the latest version of music on MacOS Monterey. I suggest that you provide Feedback - Apple Music - Apple

Yes, I spoke with Apple Support earlier this week, and they are aware of the problem. They don't know when it might be fixed.
Sadly, no fix in Monterey 12.1.
Still does not work with OS X Monterey 12.2. :(
I also reported the bug.
Pretty annoying that this problem has existed for over six months. Come on, Apple. Fix this!
