updating pics to Apple TV

I added new pics to my library, but don't see them on my Apple vTV. Is there a way to sync when adding new pics? Thanks!

For the Photos app, photos in iCloud would be live updated. Restart the app is that doesn’t load properly.
For the Computers app (and Home Sharing), the photos library would be refreshed when deactivating and re-activating Home Sharing on the networked computer, or a restart of the computer.

I have many albums on my Apple TV. Some are by year (example 2001, 2002, 2003, etc.) while others have names like Anderson Family, Mill Projects, etc. Currently, they are not displayed in alphabetical order. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thanks!
