There is a disk space manager built into MacOS.

• Click on the Apple icon on the menu bar
• Click About This Mac
• Click Storage
• Click Manage

None, macOS is clean and safe, it does not require any third party cleaning or security junkware.

Mac OS, NO and I mean NO third party apps are needed. Simply keep Mac OS up-to-date and restart the computer about 1x per week and that is all you need to do.

Any program that claims to "clean" your Mac is to be avoided.

None you don't need , only thing i ever seen is malwarbytes free but still you don't need anything .
