SmartBattery cases have 100% failure rate. Thats why they’ve been abandoned for MagSafe ecosystem

I’ve gone thru 15 or so if these cases including the frequent returns via Amazon. 100% failure rate on everyone I had. I even bough 11 Pro Max cases which also fit, but to no avail. My last case was replaced directly from Apple, it’s already failed within a week. If a replacement directly from Apple can’t be considered reliable, then how can this be resolved? I think the only fair thing to do is give me my money back. Which is my least favorite option honestly because it’s not resolving anything. It’s conceding to the issues. They could provide MagSafe accessories, or otherwise swap out my phone for a compatible device. Or provide a Mophie case and give a credit. Please advise…TIA!
