Bluetooth headphones suddenly not working

Hello, I’ve had this problem spring up all of a sudden. Just this morning my headphones were working fine when connected to my iPhone 11 but now they’ll connect and stay connected until I play something. It’ll play for a second then disconnect, thus entering into a loop of reconnecting and disconnecting. I have tried resetting the headphones, restarting the phone, and turning Bluetooth off and back on in both control panel and settings. I would appreciate some help with this.
