IPhone 13 Max open box

Just received my new iPhone max via UPS and the box appeared open. Is this a common issue and how can I tell if my phone was altered?

Hello,

You should probably file a claim with UPS. If the box of the phone itself has been opened (cellophane wrapper), then do not accept the phone.
