lost contacts

I just got my first iPhone...an iPhone 13 pro max. My contacts were there along with their photos and names (transferred by tech at store). When I got home, I was going through the settings and somehow I lost all but 2 of my contacts and cannot see any photos or names in my messages. How do I undo what I did....????? Thank you.
