iOS 14.8.1

iPhone 11pro.

Tried to install iOS 14.8.1 multiple times but failing to verify update. I also tried to remove and re-download but still failed to install. Also version 15.1 was visible/ready for download but has now disappeared. Mobile on charge and WiFi on, so what could be causing the problem? Can someone help please?
