Why apple doesn't have a built in sound equalizer? to create the fake illusion that itunes sound better?

If you compare windows and mac, I can tell you, sound is flat and crappy in mac to be honest. Play some youtube song and you'll see how apple lower down the sound quality. Because mac doesn't have an equalizer. Why apple doesn't have a built in sound equalizer? Itunes has it, so, the main purpose of not having a built in equalizer to make the illusion that itunes sound better? Shame.

Like they'll throw away all the profits they get from itunes and implement a equalizer for the mac os system as a default. This is pathetic btw, to degrade something which is bare minimum these days to have a system wide sound equalizer than providing an equalizer to itunes app just to create the illustion of that it provides better quality media. Increase the device price that's alright but don't do such low level stuff.
