iPod

Ive' done all the restore options on Apple websites. Still tells me error 9 and can't be restored. What's next? I can't get it to respond and not sure what model it is. I think a ipod touch 5.

Did all of the things you just sent me. The only thing I can get my ipod to do is show a usb symbol of the screen with an arrow pointing to itunes logo. I cannot find an update screen. I have tried to restore following all the steps. I think maybe it is dead.
