My order was delivered to the wrong address

Could please help, how to contact with Apple to resolve my issue?


I purchased MacBook but it was delivered to the wrong address. UPS says that I need to contact with seller. But Video chat is not responding, I am waiting for response more than hour. I tried to call, but bot recommends to use FAQ.

I've just stuck and don't know how to be.

You will need to find the Apple customer service number for your country and call Apple direct - this is a peer-to-peer support community, you won't find anyone who can help you here.
