Apple informed issue with the MacBook Pro ordered, now it will be replaced.
Recently I purchased a MacBook Pro 14 M2 from Apple education store (customised with 1tb Ssd and 96w charger).
On the day of the pickup was informed that there is some “issue” with my order.
A new window appeared which says the original order is being returned to Apple and a replacement is being sent.
My question is that will the same MacBook would be given after the issue resolution or a Completely new MacBook would be sent.
This has really irked me as this was the first mac of my life and this happened.
Kindly give me a reply.
