Are you absolutely sure your music has been deleted? Apple Music does not change or alter your original music files. Check your music folder. If nothing else, you can restore your music from your device backup.

Apple Music and private collections don’t go well together, unfortunately. Use instead a 3rd party app like File Explorer which comes with an integrated player. If you didn’t save your rips, you’ll need to rip them again with a non-Apple 3rd party app. Good luck!
