Unfortunately, Apple provides no way to combine or merge two Apple IDs into one. Believe me, that would be very helpful for many users, myself included.
However, you might look into the Family Sharing feature that Apple has provided. Family Sharing allows for sharing resources and subscriptions among multiple Apple IDs.
