Error code 224003 - This video cannot be played

I’m having an issue over the past few days since upgrading to iOS 15.1 where embedded videos are not playing. These were working before I did the update. I have tried to disabled all Privacy and Security options under Safari but this has not helped. I’m having the same issue across different browsers. How can I resolve this?

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:

Is this only happening on a specific website?
Have you been able to test this on different networks?
Have you tried restarting your iPad yet?
Does a video like this one work: https://www.apple.com/apple-events/september-2021/

Update - it looks like if I made the following changes (along with disabling Privacy/Security options under Safari per my initial post) this issue was resolved:

Went to my Settings —> Wifi —> selected the connected Wifi network —> disable Private Address.
