I have iMovie on my iPhone. Why doesn't it appear on my mac computer or says to contact the developer?

iMovie for the iPhone is a completely different app than iMovie for Mac. The iMovie for Mac app, if it is on your computer, should appear in the Applications folder. If it is not there you would need to download it from the App store.
