please help ! I cannot use the command /shift/control for multiple files select
Nope. Didn't work for me.
Shutdown, unplug, waited 12 minutes.
Powered back up. Same issue.
Can't select more than one item from list or group of photos.
Press and hold COMMAND key. iMac only selects first item I select.
Tried to use SHIFT to select several items in a row as well and that also does not work.
Anyone with other suggestions?
Mmm… shutdown the Mac unplug everything let it rest for 10 minutes. Then power on the Mac …
does : Press and hold the Command key, then click the items you want …work?
Command click works for me as does click first and shift click the last in a contiguous list.
Maybe time to reinstall your OS if all else fails.
