With the latest iOS (15.1), are users able to detect screenshots of iMessages?

iMessage attachments Ios13 iMessages separates screenshots from normal pictures. THis is a terrible idea. I don't care what type it is. I just want to see the latest attachment. Also the fact that fact when I click on the 4 most recent it doesn't allow me to scroll past the 4 most recent is very annoying and counter intuitive to the attachments.

Can’t see past images in iMessage When I look at an old conversation in iMessage, I used to be able to see all the pictures that were sent or received in that conversation. I updated to ios14 and clicked “download” for the image, and now they’re gone. I can’t see any of them.

Not sure what you mean. Sending screenshots? Receiving? Taking your own?

no, you don't get notified if someone screenshots your iMessage conversation
