Unable to Add Daughter to Family Sharing
I'm subscribed to Family Sharing for Apple Music and Apple TV+. I've tried repeatedly to add my daughter and it seems to work but she cannot access Apple Music through my family account. (Yes, I am subscribing to Apple Music at the family level, not individual.)
I invite her using the "invite user in person" option and she enters her Apple ID email and password. We get the codes, we enter everything, and she gets the email notification that she has been added. Under settings and Family Sharing I can see she is a member - checking on both my phone and hers. But when she goes to the Music app it is still asking her to sign up for Apple Music rather than recognizing our family account.
We've signed in and out of iCloud, signed in and out of Apple ID, all of the things suggested in the support article, with no success. I can think of two possible reasons it might not work?
1 - She was previously in a different family, sharing with her boyfriend on his account. But they broke up. He deleted her from his family sharing.
2 - My Apple ID and hers are registered in two different countries. Could this be blocking things?
Any further suggestions of things to try will be most appreciated!
