Apple\MobileSync\Backup folder too big; can I delete it?

I'm trying to free up space on my Windows 10 C: drive SSD and I discovered that the folder C:\Users\xxx\Apple\MobileSync\Backup is taking up over 25 GB. Can I relocate it to another drive? Or delete it entirely? Please advise. Thanks.
