I can receive but not send emails

Need help in how to send emails. I can type a message but when I go to send it won’t happen.

Unable to send iMessages to myself on my iPhone X When sending a "text" message to myself using my iPhone X, it only sends SMS messages (green bubble). I cannot send iMessage (blue bubble) to myself using my iPhone. There is no issue with sending iMessages to all my other contacts, the only issue is with sending to myself when using my iPhone X with iOS 16.0.2 installed. I am able to send iMessages (blue bubble) from my MBP 2015 and 2021 versions all the time with no issues. After syncing, my iPhone X shows MBP iMessage with blue bubbles. How to fix and keep it fixed? I've tried restarting, signing out/in to iCloud, disable/enable iMessages on both iPhone and MBP. Help! Paul

Start here:--> If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

If the issue persists, please contact your e-mail provider and ask them.

I called my internet provider and they weren't able to help me, that I had to call Apple
