What can you read from my ifconfig table please and tell me if someone is remotely viewing

Hello, can someone tell me what exactly is going on with my ifconfig table please?

I have hidden the addresses and each colour on the image is the same address i.e. hidden behind the red blocks are both the same address/digits - are those addresses suppose to be the same? Or is someone remotely viewing my MacBook?

I am mostly concerned with parts shown below as I have no idea what they for, but a break down of the whole table would be appreciated.

en0: inet6 fe80::45f:4493:6631:5e88

and also the

Configuration:
		id 0:0:0:0:0:0 priority 0 hellotime 0 fwddelay 0
		maxage 0 holdcnt 0 proto stp maxaddr 100 timeout 1200
		root id 0:0:0:0:0:0 priority 0 ifcost 0 port 0
		ipfilter disabled flags 0x2
	member: en1 flags=3<LEARNING,DISCOVER>
	        ifmaxaddr 0 port 8 priority 0 path cost 0
